Golf Side is a private road made up of predominantly ARTS & CRAFTS style homes running along the length of Cuddington Golf Course. Golf Side owners are automatic members of the Golf Side Residents Association (GSRA) and represented by a Committee made up of volunteer residents. There is an annual membership subscription fee.

Our beautiful road forms part of Cheam's ASLC (Area of Special Local Character) and potential buyers should familiarise themselves with the safe guards this provides to the estate.

The Association rules regarding building on Golf Side are available here and are produced to help maintain harmony and security during times when there is building activity on the road.
